What you are buying
ToolsByJ is a service operated by JP Fashion (Pvt) Ltd. ToolsByJ Plus is an optional, one-time digital upgrade on www.toolsbyj.com. It is a digital membership for an online tools website — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped. All core tools remain free to use without any payment.
Free to try before you buy
Because ToolsByJ is free to use, you can try the website and its tools before deciding to upgrade. We encourage you to make sure ToolsByJ suits your needs before purchasing Plus.
Refund eligibility
As Plus is a digital product that unlocks access immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the Plus upgrade has been activated on your account. However, we want you to be happy. If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or were unable to access Plus due to a technical fault on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through the ToolsByJ feedback page within 7 days of your payment. Please include the email address used to sign in, the date of payment, and the reason for your request. We review each request fairly and respond as quickly as we can.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed through our payment provider and the time to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is approved, your account may be returned to the Free plan.
Cancellation
ToolsByJ Plus is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again. You keep Plus on your account as described at the time of purchase.
Pricing and changes
The price of Plus is shown clearly on the upgrade page before you pay. We may change the price or features of Plus in the future; any change applies only to new purchases, not to upgrades you have already paid for.
